Privacy policy

This policy explains what I Sell Winners (“ISW”, “we”) collects when you use isellwinners.com, buy a package, or join our Telegram channels, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

On this website: we don't ask you for personal information here and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.

When you buy: purchases run through Whop, which collects your name, email and payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive the details needed to deliver your package (such as your name, email and membership status). We never see or store your full card number.

In Telegram: when you join our channels, Telegram shares your public profile (name, username) with channel admins, under Telegram's privacy policy.

When you contact us: we keep the messages and contact details you send.

How we use it

To deliver your package and channel access, provide support, handle billing questions, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the service. We may send you service messages about your membership.

What we don't do

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context advertising.

Retention

We keep member information while your membership is active and for as long as needed afterwards for billing, legal and fraud-prevention purposes, then delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can leave our Telegram channels and cancel your membership in Whop at any time. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing isellwinners@gmail.com. Nevada residents may also submit a request to opt out of the sale of covered information; we don't sell it, but we will confirm your request.

Children

Our services are for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

Security

The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS, and payment data is handled by Whop's PCI-compliant checkout. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
