Terms of service

These terms govern your use of isellwinners.com and any I Sell Winners (“ISW”, “we”, “us”) package, Telegram channel or community. By buying a package or using the site, you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and located in a jurisdiction where sports wagering is legal. You are solely responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you. We may refuse or end service to anyone.

2. What we sell

ISW sells sports handicapping information: picks, analysis, unit sizing and bankroll guidance. We are not a sportsbook. We do not accept, place or broker wagers, hold your money, or manage accounts for you. Every wager you place is your own decision, made at your own risk.

3. No guarantee of results

Sports betting involves real risk of loss. Our picks are opinions. Past performance, records, testimonials and results shown on this site or in our channels do not guarantee future results, and individual results vary. Nothing we provide is financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

4. Purchases and billing

Packages are sold and billed through Whop. Prices, renewal terms and billing are shown at checkout and in your Whop account. Some packages are one-time passes and others renew automatically until cancelled; checkout shows which. See our refund & cancellation policy.

5. Member conduct and content

Picks, analysis and channel content are for your personal use only. You may not resell, share, screenshot for redistribution, or publish member content. We may remove access without refund for sharing content, harassment, chargeback abuse, or other misuse.

6. Intellectual property

The I Sell Winners name, ISW mark, videos, copy and analysis are owned by ISW and may not be used without written permission.

7. Third-party services

We rely on third parties, including Whop (payments) and Telegram (delivery and community). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of their services, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ISW is not liable for any wagering losses or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our picks or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; continued use means you accept it.
