Responsible gambling
Last updated October 11, 2026
Everything we teach starts with discipline: a set bankroll, fixed unit sizes, one to three plays a day, and never chasing losses. Betting should be entertainment you can afford, never a way to fix money problems.
Our rules for you
Only bet money you can afford to lose. Set a bankroll and stick to it. Never chase losses with bigger bets. Never borrow to bet. Take breaks. You must be 21+ and in a location where sports wagering is legal.
Warning signs
Betting more than you planned, hiding betting from people close to you, borrowing or using bill money to bet, feeling restless or irritable when not betting, or betting to win back losses. If any of these sound familiar, it's time to talk to someone.
